All of our wonderful tofu is made by the lovely people at Clean Bean. As they are bases on Brick Lane, our deliveries arrive by means of a push bike followed by a small trailer and are always accompanied with big smiles. All of Clean Bean's tofu is certified organic by the Soil Association and is a small scale craft production. They have been making their fresh, never pasteurised tofu for 10years now and should you wish to sample it for yourselves, they can be found at Borough Market every saturday from 9am to 4pm.
